• Wipe the case and bracelet with a soft microfiber cloth after wear to remove oils, dust, and fingerprints.
• Use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water and mild soap for occasional cleaning.
• Dry the watch thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth.
• Avoid bleach, chlorine, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and household cleaning products.
• Do not use polishing compounds unless specifically recommended by the watch manufacturer.
• Light surface marks may develop over time with normal wear.
• Titanium can show cosmetic marks differently than stainless steel because of its lighter weight and surface characteristics.
• Always follow the water resistance rating listed by the manufacturer for your specific watch.
• Water resistance is not permanent and can decrease over time as seals and gaskets age.
• Make sure the crown is fully pushed in or screwed down before water exposure.
• Do not operate the crown, pushers, or other controls while the watch is underwater unless the manufacturer specifically states that it is safe to do so.
• Avoid hot tubs, saunas, and very hot showers, as heat and rapid temperature changes can affect the watch seals.
• Have the water resistance checked periodically, especially after battery replacement, case opening, or service.
• Store your watch in a clean, dry place when not in use.
• Keep it separated from other jewelry or watches to help prevent scratches.

Precision and everyday confidence meet in the Frederique Constant Highlife Automatic COSC (ref. FC-303N4NH6B), a Swiss automatic watch whose FC-303 caliber has earned chronometer certification from COSC, the independent Swiss testing institute. Its 41mm stainless steel case alternates brushed and polished surfaces across three parts and flows straight into the bracelet, so there are no strap horns to interrupt the line. At the center, a navy brass dial carries the Highlife globe motif, framed by applied silver indexes and polished silver hands, while luminous hands and markers keep the time readable once the lights go down.
This is a watch made to be worn every single day. The three-link bracelet is brushed and polished to match the case, closes with a deployant clasp with push buttons, and releases through a simple strap-change system, so you can switch to the included navy rubber strap in seconds with no tools required. Anti-reflective sapphire crystal protects the dial, 100 meters of water resistance handles swimming, showering and snorkeling, and the self-winding movement keeps itself powered from the motion of your wrist, with a 38-hour reserve for the nights it rests on the nightstand. Sporty, refined and quietly exact, it is a standout from the Highlife collection for anyone who wants certified Swiss accuracy on their wrist.
Frederique Constant was founded in 1988 by Aletta and Peter Stas, an entrepreneurial couple who shared a passion for watchmaking. Headquartered in Geneva, Frederique Constant has long aimed to make high-end Swiss-made watches available at more accessible prices. In 2004, it joined the ranks of Swiss watchmakers that develop and produce their own in-house calibers, and today its Manufacture in Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva, designs, develops and assembles more than 30 in-house calibers, including tourbillon, perpetual calendar and flyback chronograph complications. Frederique Constant celebrated its 35th anniversary in 2023.
Frederique Constant introduced the first Highlife models in 1999, recognizable by their integrated strap, and brought the collection back from 2020. Without strap horns, the watch sits naturally on the wrist, although the design is harder to develop because the case and bracelet lines must flow together as one. Every Highlife dial shares the same globe motif, representing the Earth, harmony and the perfection of the circle, and two push-pins at the end of the bracelet allow tool-free changes between steel, leather and rubber straps.
The Highlife Automatic COSC adds chronometer certification to that formula. COSC is an independent Swiss testing body that grants its certificate to relatively few watches, and only after several days of trials confirm accurate, consistent timekeeping within a strict ISO-based standard. Frederique Constant created this model for collectors who want that level of precision in a watch they can wear every day.
